Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our DIY jewelry-making kits, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or if the kit components have been opened.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues (Defective Items)

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. While all sales are final, we want to make sure your crafting experience is perfect. If an item in your kit is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at contact@silvercraftlab.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right via a replacement or partial refund.

Refunds (For Approved Damage Claims)

If a damage claim is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@silvercraftlab.com.
